God has brought the nations of the world to Calgary and to Canada. At River Park Church, we celebrate this movement of the Holy Spirit as people from different cultures around the world gather together to worship him! The image of diverse people gathered around a table hangs in the staff room as an inspiration to us. The map shows the nations currently represented at River Park Church--but we are still in the process of growing. As we follow God's leading, we hope to see more people from more nations come together; we are committed to enfolding diverse people into every part of our church, including worship and leadership. As a mosaic community, we value the beautiful character and perspectives of people made in God's image: from all ethnic groups, genders, generations, socio-economic groups, and abilities. In a mosaic church community, we prioritize learning about one another, celebrating what each other are doing, and finding a way to create space for everyone to feel welcomed and valued.
